I would like to say Thank You to my manager JW for sending out the email as it regards to Nembutal and the struggles we are having as it pertains to Nembutal.
Nembutal - Is our main product.
    Nembutal - Highest payouts.
Nembutal - Now is only available short dated.
Nembutal - Not taking replacement/expired Nembutal back.
Has anyone else heard about the great news? Nembutal is short dated (Oct./Nov.) and we do not have any regular dated Nembutal to sell. We (sales force) are supposed to be careful to sell to much as we do not have a lot of Nembutal in stock and we do not know when we will get Nembutal in stock. No the short dated Nembutal will not be dropped in price, no you can not return expired Nembutal as we do not have any new Nembutal to ship you out. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO
Anyone else worried about the direct of this company in the injectable market like I am? Where is the communication from home office? There has not been any change in goals or plans for any of the "payout buckets", yet all of the main products are now WAC. Why are they WAC you ask? Because Akorn does not capture WAC sales for the reps, and only captures it for the company so the company makes more money and the reps don't hit their goals so they make less money.
Communication should come from corporate about all of this information. Sad that we have upper management that does not care for the reps in the field.

Sorry you all are going through this. You are a great team of reps. This whole industry is imploding. Base salaries are not enough to compensate for this frustration. Wish you all well.

Now we can expect Jason soon to jump on here with some snotty McSnotty retort about how you should leave. Well now Mr. Field Sales trainer? Teach us how to handle this obstacle!!!!

Thats' right....Go sell products....Control what you can and don't worry about the rest. Akorn is a great company. Everyone of our competitors have issues. If you don't like it here, do us all a favor and leave.

Maybe if upper management supported him, he would be in a better position...You think the we the sales team are the only ones frustrated and tired of being jerked around?
