Actavis - vacation days & sick days ???

Hey, Forest rep here. Just curious as it has been mentioned on our board. Do y'all have vacation days & sick days or is it all rolled in to one and called something like PTO ( paid time off) ?

PTO, you start with 15

 

You get 19 PTO and 2 floating holidays. Use as you need for vacation, sick time etc. we get the standard holidays plus Presidents' Day. During the end of the year it is Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Hope this helps.

You accrue your Pto at the rate of 5.84 days per pay period. The 2 floating holiday begin at the beginning of the New year..

One last question. Can you accrue more than 19 days of PTO?

 

I know you an accrue some but only for sure how much.
