curious to know if the mass exodus predicted here occurred at all. Not so easy to find a gig is it? Also, the company gives a rats ass if you leave or not. Attrition if factored into their costs which desired. You are easily replaced. Probably with a lower salary these days. And, the faster you go, the less severance they will have to pay out at the end of this year. So all the yammering about leaving is BS and upper mgt. will continue to lie to you consistently. Integrity left this industry ten years ago.
