Yet another restriction to a guide that's got too many restrictions to begin with. If programs are too risky for the C Suite, then why the hell are we still forced to do them?

    Let's Dare to Try!

    1. Take the budget and put into T&E. Get way more ROI by interacting one on one with HCP and staff that help get the Rx approved by insurance.

    2. If we are forced to do these then have AHM or another 3rd party conduct them. All we would do is pass out invites and follow up with those that attended. Keeps Pfizer and reps out of potential trouble.

    Sincerely,

    A Pfizer Jerk

ROI on lunches? If you mean you are tracking the LBs that the nurses are gaining than I agree. You are completely niave to think you impact much of anything after a product has been on the market for a few years.

The main influencer is formulary. If you're on you have a shot. If you aren't, you can bring in steaks all week and it won't mean a thing!

Formulary is a bitch, but the real branded script killer is the capitated plan.

But now even the regular type plans are fucking us. They are requiring the docs to Rx no more than 20% branded drugs or they get cut from the plans or get shitty reimbursements.

Only in America can the health insurers get away with anti-trust violations! Thank you Democrats for your evil pox upon us.
