The main influencer is formulary. If you're on you have a shot. If you aren't, you can bring in steaks all week and it won't mean a thing!
Formulary is a bitch, but the real branded script killer is the capitated plan. But now even the regular type plans are fucking us. They are requiring the docs to Rx no more than 20% branded drugs or they get cut from the plans or get shitty reimbursements.
