Looks like Otsuka is going to school Avanir on how to sell product. Will be interesting at year end to examine the results.

 

Recruiter has been after me about this position over a month after the OP, apparently this is a phone call I should ignore. Typical pharma, turn and burn sales teams for lack of performance without figuring out what the business reasons are behind the shortfall.

Also, as an experienced manager in this industry to those that say managers are useless you are either an habitual under-performer looking for someone to blame or you have never had a supervisor that looked out for their team. Either way, I feel bad for you.
