Cluster 3 is truly a cluster! Where is the leadership? In 20 months there has been one regional level meeting.

Geographies are too large to be sustainable. We are working our butts off and continue to be treated like kindergartners with this 8:00-5:00 mess. Get me out of here!

Glad to hear someone else is frustrated with the large territories. I'm exhausted with all the running around, and it's difficult to do a two week routing when some offices need weekly starters and others don't.

I agree! I am extremely frustrated driving 800 miles each week. R&F, call averages, geography, dickhead for DM! I pretty much hate it also.

You're living in the dark side of the American Dream - you work your ass off year after year so those at the top can get rich and retire early. We wouldn't have it any other way......

cluster 1/3 are combg. good luck. cluster 2/4 remain as is. KAMS continue to take credit, do nothing and should be gone.

"Cluster 3 is the place to be." I hope every RM and DM in C3 gets the ax. No leadership what so ever. From your hardworking field force.

respect for people... That's why you make sure you encourage C1 reps and managers to post for positions throughout the company in anticipation of a reorganization.

And you say absolutely nothing to C3 folks. A little lube might have been nice before they rammed it up our dumper.

No Kidding right! And how about this one, We will continue with POA mtgs, Field rides, R&F on key Uro & PC targets and take advantage of any remaining Teleconferences!

Are they NUTS!!! I mean seriously, they are going to discontinue my employment and they want a sales message up until October 20th! How about this one IAN, would you like me too continue making calls until December 31st ???

It's funny because if you gave your notice, you would be told "Not" to go in the field anymore, but yet we wanna get every last detail out of you and then Bye, Bye!!!

At some point, shouldn't the reps in C3 have been able to think for themselves what was in their future with the LOE of Celebrex.

I'm C3 and I agree with you but still. Large territories calling on the right specialists with the right drugs...we were pretty much sold a load of bs right up until yesterday. My RBM said in a biz review in June how "right sized" we were and the model for the future. Same RBM yesterday toted the company line. That's bs man.

Exactly - add to that the fact that C3 had already been cut to the bone. C1 is still only getting an 11% cut .... C3 was part of a 50% it (60% for DMs & RMs) and is now supposed to take another 11% whack when we have >12% vacancies???

So if you were a C1 rep 2 years ago, there's still a very high likelihood (>80%) you'll still be with the company come January. On the other hand, if you were unlucky enough to be a Lipitor rep (old C2) that was slotted to go to C3, there's only about a 30% chance you'll still be around in 2015.

Please explain how that is equitable. C3 was handed huge geographies and unrealistic quotas, yet C3 actually exceeded projections for Viagra in 2013 by TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS (divided by 235 reps and that's mind-boggling - Sales have actually decreased since we've added C1 & C2 details), and Toviaz is set to finally make goal FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE NEARLY 6 YEARS IT'S BEEN ON THE MARKET.

These are the kudos and accolades that GIP US sr management have been stroking us with, and combined with the whole "C3 is the sales model for the future" BS, why would ANYONE think this tiny cluster that is supposedly kicking ass, with 2 products that have several years of patent life, is supposed to endure the same cuts that C1, which has untouched 2 years ago and is losing >1/2 it's revenue in December?

C1 reps were INSTRUCTED to look elsewhere. We were told "C3 is the place to be". Go eff yourself if you think we should have somehow "known" or that the "writing was on the wall". Nothing could be further from the truth. C3 reps are getting screwed worse than any cluster since they whacked the CNS reps (after which the company realized they had no one to sell Pristiq to Psychs and hired goddamn AZ on contract).

Eff this nonsense ... And the C3 sr leadership won't even address the elephant in the room during the webex. I have BUSTED MY ASS for the past 2 years, they OWE me an explanation and an apology. At the very least have the courtesy to help pull the knife out of my back.

Very few C3 reps will be cut. Most C3 managers will be cut. The reason why C1 was not affected in 2012 and will not take a big hit this time is Lyrica. Its the biggest revenue generator in PC, its growing and has plenty of room to grow more.

Total rep cuts from C3/C1 combined will be around 170.

Then why not take all the cuts out of C1 and fold C3 into C1?

The only reason there aren't many C3 reps impacted is that there aren't many C3 reps left. The total cull is disproportionate and a total butt-effing to people who've done more with less (and get screwed yet again).

Virtually all the rep cuts will be from C1. The C3 reps will move right into the Toviaz/Viagra slot in C1 and most of the rest will be offered the C3 Chantix + positions. In very few if any instances will a rep moving from C3 be slotted into a position selling Lyrica. On the other hand there will be virtually no instance where a rep who had Lyrica in their bag be shifted to the Toviaz/Viagra position. Limiting customer disruption with Lyrica is the guiding principal.

If I were to submit my resignation, will Pfizer pay me for two weeks notice? Just curious.
