If you take a job at Mylan, consider yourself a "SCAB"

    Ever hear of this saying?

    First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
    Because I was not a Socialist.
    Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
    Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
    Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
    Because I was not a Jew.
    Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

    For all of you who still work at Mylan after you have seen dozens upon dozens of your friends and colleagues fired and escorted out of the building by security like they are some sort of criminals, you should really consider the above. It does apply to you. You know it is inevitable that you will be fired. It is not a question of "if," but a question of "when."

    For those of you who have been afraid to reach out to, return calls from, or help those ex colleagues to get a new job because you are afraid to even talk to them, you need to understand how small and incestuous the pharmaceutical industry is and when you are looking for a helping hand after you are fired, you may not get any help.

    Finally, for those of you considering taking a job at Mylan, know that dozens of Directors, Sr. Directors, VPs, etc. have been hired and fired in as early as 5 months after moving their family to Morgantown or Pittsburgh, buying a home, having their spouse quit their jobs to move there, pulling their kids out of school to move there....all to get fired with no warning, no performance improvement plan...nothing. Some lucky individuals have lasted a year or two. It wouldn't be such a big deal, except that there are no other Pharma companies in Pittsburgh and especially not in Morgantown, WV! You are taking a huge chance with your family's well being and your career that you worked so hard to build over many years. Then, imagine you have to pick up the pieces and move back to Philly, NJ, NY, Boston, West Coast and interview with someone and explain why you were only at Mylan for a year. How well do you think that conversation is going to go for you? I can assure you, not very well. You deserve better.

    Remember this if you do decide to take a job there....You are enabling Mylan to continue these archaic employment practices, where there is no accountability for the way that they treat people while they work there. They can yell at you, curse at you, throw phones at you....whatever they want and you can't do a thing, unless you are a protected class, because PA is an "employment at will" state. They can fire you for any reason or no reason, as long as you are not protected. Since you are enabling them, you make it highly likely that they will continue to be emboldened to treat others this way. You should think of yourself as a "SCAB," who has crossed a Union picket line to take a job that belonged to someone else, until they were mistreated and summarily fired, being forced to move their family again and try to get a new job after only having worked at Mylan for a short time. It is very important that you consider all of this, as these are human beings and real lives being affected here. It has hurt a lot of people and i am only doing this to help expose them, so people stop being hurt. It is very sad to see...

    You are so stupid. You think this is a game? These are people's lives. Get a grip. Nobody is F'ing around here. It's not about you and me. It's about people. You don't care. That's obvious, Robert. Go cash a check and let your son use the jet!

    There's a lot of schmucks from WV and da Burgh who would be working at McDonald or a coal mine instead.

    Generic drugs, generic people. How much can you expect?
