Q3's bonus plan was pathetic. Q4 is not much better. I was making much more money in my previous company, and I was told of higher quarterly bonuses. It's not just me, many people all over the country are very frustrated with the amount of money they are making in bonus while working so hard.
Kind of agree but it is what it is. I think as the company grows so will the bonus. One thing that's surprised me are capping bonus plans. This was one thing that I was told, more than once, wouldn't happen during the interview process.
