What is the management style like in this region? Was told that base goes up to $105k and $60k in bonus at plan. Is that correct? What percentage of sales force hits $60k in bonuses? Thanks for the honest responses.
Salary range about right, maybe a little higher. Yes target bonus is $15k per quarter. Most reps in the 93-100% range so $12,900-15k per very realistic. Good gig, love it. Management here is very reasonable as most reps are extremely accomplished.
