This is not necessary hardware as most reps in this company do not get promoted period no matter how good they are. As a matter on fact, from what I have seen they keep the best reps selling period.
There are no promotions available. New hires to leadership positions come from the outside, and have since J&J Pharma decided that its reps couldn't sell in Cardiology. Managers are hired from outside. Most were failures at their previous job, but hey, "I sold Lovenox!"
