And the two in Cuba.

 

Haven't heard anything about August, however, I have heard about another layoff taking place in September. A few of my friends have already been told they will be let go in October. They always lie to the masses and say "there are no other actions planned this year", but they've said that after EVERY layoff and of course, no one ever believes them, and for good reason. For them to keep saying such things, they are just making a**** of themselves at this point. It looks like MW got his wish: AV is going DOWN. And FAST. In the meantime, they are buying more small companies and doing exactly the same thing to THEM, that they did to us when we were Guidant.
I have heard they are going through audit after audit, after audit. They have laid off all the truly knowledgeable, dedicated, long-term employees that knew and cared about the business, just to save a few bucks and make their investors and stock holders THINK they're making some kind of "profit" (another lie), and now they're left with what? Mostly people that have been there 10 years or less, don't know enough to keep things running properly and keep the auditors at bay, and they could care less what happens to the company. Pathetic.

 

No they are scheduling the bar mitzvah for next week in the parking in North Chicago. Company is doing well. No worries.
