More voluntary resignations will be coming very soon which should make our executives happy. Salary, wages and compensation are consistently lower than the market and now the 2015 comp plan takes overall comp and lowers it again. Once again another gut punch from the top.

Whatever the blueprint is to remake UHS I'm certain that offering such a poor comp plan only shows how UHS "values" their sales force.

Agree with last post. Since I have made my decision to leave I keep hearing MLK's voice in my head, especially the free at last part. It is unfortunate what has happened around here. But fear not! I am sure the samurai's on the ninja squad have the elixir to UHS's ailments.

HAHAH!!! Good one. Six Sigma - what could possibly go wrong?
Oh I know. Make the MBB responsible for quota. Brilliant!

A Master Black Belt coaches black belts and green belts! The scientists at corporate are having people who aren't even white or yellow belts train at a Black Belt level?!

White Belt: Can work on local problem-solving teams that support overall projects. Understands basic Six Sigma concepts from an awareness perspective.

Yellow Belt: Participates as a project team member. Reviews process improvements that support the project.

Green Belt: Assists with data collection and analysis for Black Belt projects. Leads Green Belt projects or teams.

We can't even work together without lying, cheating, back stabbing and manipulating and they want to train at the "Black Belt Level"?!?!?! We have become the laughing stock of the industry. Six Sigma wouldn't even give us a White Belt. UHS/UHS Surgical do everything half ass backwards. They need to start cleaning house at corporate and start with the morons with surgical services.

The above poster is absolutely right. After all it is surgical services that is driving this company into the ground. SS is hemorrhaging cash and their financials suck. Wait! What?

what a nightmare. The revenues are nearly nothing yet SS have infiltrated our mgt positions and they have no idea what they're doing and admit to that!

Especially J. Bellar and M. Phillopovich. These knuckleheads are not even smart enough to log into the CRM and discuss qualified data as it relates to business outside of SS.

UHS needs to increase revenue, period. We learned from Tim K and Gary B that we can't save enough to make up for low revenues.

    For 2015 we will see:
No 360 pipeline to cover costs.
Enterprise Sales Specialist and Client Partner positions do not generate revenue.
    Only "soft" savings with BBelts.

JB doesn't want the job, and MP is a fish out of water and completely lost. Fairly certain MP doesn't know Surgical side either. embarrassing

    Wow!
What a mess right now. UHS leadership is getting thinner at corporate again.
Loss of Matt Smith today. It won't be long and you will be able to shoot a cannon ball through the place. Who really knows the business.
Financial investors need to step in now to stop the bleeding!
We know you guys like Sinclair but he is not the guy to carry this organization forward and Simons is still trying to find his way to the restroom!

Not a good move guys! You need to get the board in MSP now!

This thing is going to turn into a fire sale if you do not get some stability.
You dudes need to have some one on one with Steve Hansen VP for the West.
You have a great company that could fall quickly from a serious lack of communication with the board of Directors. Guys don't listen to hear what you want...listen to hear what you do not want to improve your investment!

Matt S. About time the little potbelly stove leaves. The asset management program is in the toilet.

MS leaving is a huge win for UHS. He is unethical, immoral and a huge liability with his behavior.

Ops has the boards ear because sales has failed and said this is a dead end business. SS down, MES down, PH down, Sales down, PNR down, A360 down, B360 down, and CES down and out. The only way out for the investors is to do a quick draw down on expenses to be able to market the company.

So far no serious investors are interested and the loss of HM in TX when announced will be the final straw for a fire sale.

UHS is bleeding financially and will do everything possible to make additional cuts.....other than executive compensation(duh). Pay employees less, give them fewer resources, demand higher sales and then expect operations to deliver. I can't wait to add my name to the resignation list and leave the sinking ship known as the USS UHS.

Do you mean MH? That's been a HUGE money pit for at least a year.
Million dollar programs success riding on the backs minimum wage employees = bad business model.

Re:.........on the backs minimum wage employees = bad business model.........Right, like McDonalds, WalMart, Home Depot, Lowes and all of these Billions Dollar Corps. It's about the business, not the workers stupid.

And all their Top Management make BIG $$$, so don't make that your argument.

The argument should be: pay these employees MORE. A burger flipper should not make more than someone who interfaces with HC personnel. MH fell apart due to lack of good management - and some underpaid people who didn't give a cr@p.
