I am curious about salary and total first year compensation in this company for a new launch product for a tenured rep who has won multiple President's club awards. Any competition to this product? I thought they were done hiring as the launch already took place. Perhaps you are interviewing for a position that went Unfilled? Salary will depend on what you earn now. There is a payout at target for bonus. They can give you this info when you interview.
