Thatcher got the boot?

I heard the Neuro President, Chris Thatcher was given a made up position with no one reporting to him. He's such an ass. He managed to fire a lot of good people during his dictatorship. I wouldn't be surprised if he's gone by the end of the year. Loser.

 

He was a total loser who did a great deal of harm to the entire Neurosurgical division... Who hired this guy anyway?

 

I don't think they'll fire him.. just moved him to a different role without directs. It happens.

 

So, where did thatcher land?

They would've announced it, or someone, somewhere would've found out and told everyone else.

Who cares, he's gone and that's all really people need to know. There wasn't a person here that respected that guy.

What very few people seem to realize is that Thatcher and Davis are essentially the same type of leader. Davis may be perceived as having better people skills than Thatcher - mostly because he claims he is all about people and people development. Thatcher didn't sugar coat anything, there was no filter. He was upfront with people and that came across as him being a little "rough" - but the reality is, both Davis and Thatcher have no qualms about taking someone out - it just that Thatcher would stab you in the heart, and Davis would stab you in the back - same result - different approach.

Also for what it is worth - if you have ever spent any time in Plainsboro - you know Davis never leaves his office - NEVER. Thatcher would at least walk around and talk to people.

 

Both were poor leaders with an inability to inspire, develop or lead! Period.
