    Terrible management

ok, so, here is the deal

All of upper management has just been eliminated, I have never been with a company with such a low morale, no direction, no one wants to be here, had 3 products and just dropped 2 of them, no dentists writes for this, on and on and on

    The worse company, period

    ear device does not work

    You will NEVER see bonus

When you go on conventions and sales meetings, you have to pay out of pocket for your hotel and any expenses

    Run, now!!

NYC DM has zero experience managing, never was a manager, terrible

Ask to do a ride-along, and ask these questions!!

Best of luck, you will need it!

It's a painful place to work. A product no one wants, is outrageously expensive, the company has crazy expectations and are seriously delusional about how fast this device should grow in the market. It is a joke. It's a real shame considering the sales force actually has some talented reps.

I've been invited to interview for a role here. Just how bad is the TMJ product? Surely if it doesn't work they'd pull the plug? Seems like a logical way to help tmjd patients. What do the docs say? what do the patients say?

    What's the management like?

Terrible upper mgt. One guy running the shots without any pull with the owner OR owner's right-hand-man. He's a liar even though he's always "trying to be transparent."

Only 1 good RBM the other two couldn't sell crack to a crack addict--so no leadership there. One guy likes to manage with fear and publicly humiliate his reps.

Manufacturing destroyed this device and there is no hope in changing it.

Old reps make no more than 60K and new hires are getting 85K--nice incentive.

Ouch - that sounds terrible for the guys on 60k. Never good when a manager humiliates people.

So what's the deal about the product? How have they ruined it? Did it work before?

Who actually leads the business and what are they like?
