    Typical response, what a douche....

It's a good "foot in the door", weekday hours and you'll be paid more than the ASR's. After 2 years you can re-evaluate and go in house to marketing, go the sales route, or stay in the Pro-care group. All depends on what your goals are, i will say the clinical skills learned will prove to be very valuable.

While the post above me is almost impossible to read and I am guessing English is a second language, one point brought up is worth expanding on.
The nonsense of Gallup's Best Companies to work for should be challenged. To be eligible, you have to be PAYING Gallup to be a resource for your company, for Stryker they do the personality test/employee engagement surveys etc. Without fail the largest companies, who pay Gallup the most money, are always ranked as Best Places to Work.
A few years back when "MB" left Gallup he took several high profile accounts with him and several others have followed since. As other companies leave, the ones who stay are then moved up the list and giving more press, paid for by Gallup, that says they are the Best Companies to work for. In the mid 00's when Stryker was seriously considering leaving Gallup, they miraculously rose up the charts. There was talk at that time that all the services Gallup was providing could be done internally for a fraction of the cost, which of course is true. I was in HR and most of us were thrilled at the thought of them being gone.

The history of Stryker's association with Gallup is interesting. A former HR leader, "BB" for those who remember, was fired for having sex with an employee after hours in "SJs" office. He turned up about a month later employed by Gallup and begging for business. Stryker signed up and started using them for employee screening and eventual engagement surveys. Most employes would be floored if they knew what Stryker is paying Gallup. As someone with over 20 years in HR for Stryker and other companies, I can assure you its a scam. 5-10 competent BA's and a good Manager could provide the exact same services for 5% of the cost.
