New "area business manager" in Indy. No spine experience?? This can't be true... That should end well....
I heard that they wanted someone without spine exp, they were looking more for someone with med device/corp management experience. The guy they hired is a good guy. I assume he will be there to support the reps on more of a c-suite level rather than tell them how to do their jobs. That's how this industry is going, hospitals are looking for partners and are trying to cut down the number of vendors.
There is a spine specialist role in Indianapolis I am looking at. I am Experienced in joints and trauma sales. I'm curious about the transition from ortho to spine, opportunity in the area, and how management is.
There is a spine specialist opening in Indianapolis. I am curious about how the territory is doing and how management is.
They'll give you a s**t territory then fire you after a year for not producing. They already have 2 good reps in Indy, you will get all the accts they dont want & dont have biz at. Plus, MDT is very, very, very strong in Indy.
