LJ acts like a Rep when around Reps and then contradicts all of her advice when around management. She's happy to listen to your concerns, and actually agrees with you, then rats you out.

 

She constantly puts down upper management and Shire's culture.

 

LJ "has put a smile" on many of faces!!

 

What's wrong with her "methods"? Everyone has their way of trying to advance, you may kiss ass, she chooses more extreme actions and look where it has gotten her.

 

She moved up the ladder in record time.

 

LJ will kick your ass.........................................right out of shire!

 

And she strikes again...letting go of a military veteran no less.

 

No one should discriminated against either you perform or meet expectations or not....

Any idea on the timeframe, on the launch of the new dry eye product & when they will start hiring the eye care sales force?

 

Old Shire fart boys with a 'failure to launch' are invisible to most girls. With poor social skills, the boys feel anger at their fear of being rejected and self-loathing at their inability to compete.

Yes rebuilding will be essential. Especially because we had this atmosphere before Perry and Kathy destroyed it. Nice job. Instead of working with what you have they decide to reinvent the wheel... only its now a square wheel. A real case study in leadership blunders.
