    Been here almost a year, 12 pharma. Had 3 mgrs to date. Considering getting out of pharma, 46 yrs old. Not a lot of security

    This is great place to start if you're 25 yrs old and only plan to stay couple of years...you an old guy now (35 yrs old) been in sales, tired of the constant making the numbers for the quarter or think pharma is Big Sales = Big Money way to go..not really, pharma is low key marketing, not sales, no big commissions here just bonus structure that an army of accountants would have a hard time to explain to you how bonus works.

    ..Other industries offer just as good salary/commish plus plenty of industries growing = good for career opportunties. Pharma sales model is just floating along..wait a few more years for ObamaCare and other changes to further diminish the field reps role and salary...

    If you want a decent job, try another company; just read these boards, and you'll understand that you don't want to work at AZ; it's a real hellhole. I'd rather be unemployed than work there again.
