I remember that holiday greeting and wondering, how in the fuck could they have someone that stupid in charge of the sales force and how could they be dumb enough or insensitive enough to let that voice mail go out to the entire company?

 

Please elaborate. I wasn't around for that holiday greeting. What happened? Who sent it out?
