It has come to our attention that AstraZeneca's Sr. Management have extended an offer to Mr. Andrew Coop to head an Oncology Medical Affairs Sr. Leadership position. This desparate move is despite Andrew Coop nasty track records at his former job BMS which caused his demotion from Head of Oncology Global Medical Affairs to Data Mining supervisory capacity. During his tenure at BMS many highly qualified individuals left the company due to his lack of leadership and management. After an investigation, it was found that he had lied and bullied his way during his tenure at BMS and was one of the main reasons for Yervoy as well as other programs slow start and growth. Now, despite having a non-compete section in his contract with BMS, he has copied all BMS sensitive development and marketing information and is about to hand them over to AstraZeneca and his new team. BMS legal team has been informed and we have requested a follow up and possible legal action against Andrew Coop and or AstraZeneca.
i have not seen any announcement. But if true, it appears that this punk would be an issue and for sure is not worth all these problems. I hope our legal is in top of it and stops the. On-sense.
