When is the next round of grants? This is my first year at valeant

 

You'll g wry a grant around march, whenever annual performance reviews are finiahed. Better performance leads to higher units.

Vests in 3 years, and as has been discussed, if the stock price grows 15% compounded at the time of vesting your units will get a 1.5 multiple

 

Lets face it the manufacturing guys always get the shaft.
But you probably smoked more in high school than us, as we at least made it to college.
If your in a union then I doubt you do much other than bust balls and chase each other in fork lifts, smoke up in the smoke shack, drink coffee, etc.
Union does not allow you within a mile of hazardous chemicals I bet.
At least you don't have to ass kiss some of these heavy front desk ladies, at times I would rather drive a forklift.
You see I worked at a pharma manufacturing plant while in college so never BS a BSer.
