Just goes to show we were all sold a gold ticket than turned out to be a piece of coal.

 

About the same, but no where near the 14k we the Ophthalmic Team was promised. I am pissed, but like the acute team, management doesn't care about us.

 

14k for Q3? Seems unrealistic?

 

Yes, but this is what we were told by management...Just more lies & broken promises.

 

We were originally told $14,500 per quarter. No one ever got that or even near that.

 

They sold us on a "golden dream" and all we got was a bucket of coal.

 

I was told $35k for the year. $8750 per quarter. Not sure where you got that number from.

 

$8k.....I'm fine with that. Nobody ever promised me $14k in a quarter.

 

I agree that we are under paid, but truth be told, I was not told we can make $14k per quarter!
That's $56k per year. I remember hearing in the mid $30's potentially at 100% to plan.

Maybe $14k per quarter if you are 200% to plan.....but that won't happen

 

The potential is there to make $100K in commission. But keep in mind it's not at all possible and there may not even be that many patients on planet Earth.
The reality is about $10K per rep PER YEAR.

 

Yeah, I was told $8k -$9k a quarter. I am making nowhere near that figure. Infact, less than half. Time to ramp up the resume and find a new gig with better salary & perks.
