Makes sense as long as you don't consider the other option that's 1 dose and considerably cheaper.

Who get's to be the one to share the news of accounts moving to the new leadership? Not that we had many in our corner to start with.

Man, I drank the kool aid as much as anyone, and won a few accounts, but this thing is dead without another indication or success with the single dose.
