The carnage continues with her swinging her axe around at meetings. RD's have tried to stay of her radar. Hates to be challenged when she's clueless on market conditions. No concept of the wrath she creates. Worked for her in the past and to say the least.. It was an adventure. Good luck with her in 2015. Heard you have new leadership so maybe they will push her out.

I remember when she first showed up in the HO in some made up role. No one could even explain what she did. Kind of sales, kind of marketing, sort of accountable but not really. Always wondered who had her back and why. Rumors were rampant about her escapades......

I "fink" this loser believes multiple threads on this site will satisfy some sort of revenge against this person. Forget about it.

Thanks Sanofi leadership for the last thread. Rest your finger well over the holidays as it will be doing extra work starting Jan 2nd in the pointing department. Funk will swing her hatchet around at meetings and webcasts and try to put DM's against each other. Fink is the most underachieving executive in Sanofi in last 5 years. A behind the scenes manipulator and forever looking to screw somebody over. She keeps a dart board in her office and throws a dart every Monday and whatever DM name it hits is who she targets that week with a brow beating session.

I agree. Have never heard an original thought come out of her head other than metrics, reach, frequency, target call list etc. Not one viable opinion on anything. Believes every territory is the same and managed care and price not an issue. Not respected by DM's and RD's. Not like she has a good talent pool of RD's to work with anyways.

Embarrassing along with her RD team. Everyone at that level should be held accountable. With new Upper Mangement this year look for sweeping changes by June in VP's

Her job now is to create chaos and fire drills. Loves to be nasty and probably the least respected executive at Sanofi. Company won't tolerate her low performance as her finger pointing isn't a soultion. Tick tock

With this last name what more can be said. Gifted to her current role. Since Ann is gone and Patrick is floundering around like a seal at the zoo her protection is fading.

Look at this mess over the last couple of years . Her launch of allergy injector was historically one of the most pitiful launches in the history of pharma. Could you screw something up anymore? Look at the weak people she has around her.

Colonel Fink is on thin ice. Look for hammer to come down soon. Too much liability currently with her antics.
