Randles only concern is to save a buck even if it comes at a employees making a sale. Phillips talks a good game, and the CEO has no public speaking skills, but he knows how to always be staring and disappearing with a particular person from the sales team I feel bad for the people on the management team that actually moved to NC for this me too company that most likely will not be around in another 6 months.
