    pretty much everything on this board is negative towards the company. What changes do you suggest to make this company better for everyone employed here?

    Nice try. That's your job. What are you the new HR Santa Claus? If you're on this board, you can see what's wrong and has been wrong for a very long time. Anyway, it's too late, the downward spiral continues and will continue as long as the inept, greedy managements is in power. For years we've heard the big talk, but have seen little improvement, only continued failures. Key words to focus on: integrity, honesty, transparency, trust. Same values most companies talk, but don't walk. Just like the government.
    Go through the motions like you should to put on a show for your boss, you'll fall in line and become one of the good old boys, and Hospira will continue to sink into oblivion.

    Add to this mix the Gov't, who instead of acting as a brake on runaway corporate power and greed, becomes their enabler, undermining the very rules and regulations intended to keep us safe. It will NEVER,EVER change !

    SVP Ken Myers - Responsible for oversight of Project Fuel (60 Million $ lawsuit)

    CFO Tom Werner - Responsible for truthful reporting to Shareholders (60 million $ lawsuit

    CFO Mike Ball - Responsible for truthful reporting to Shareholders and BOD. (60 million $ lawsuit). Responsible for ultimate Management Oversight of Hospira Quality - (10 million $ lawsuit- and BOD now requires the quality function update them directly ..... no longer relying on what Ball tells them)

    What to do with the C-Suite Swamp?..... Drain, baby, drain

    Abolish the practice of allowing people to rip off other people's work. Documents did existed with the original authors inked out and someone else's name put in its place.

    Pay attention to P-Card purchases. Some of the employees have been ripping off the company big time.

    People who find problems with the products should be treated as having done something good, not the opposite. Burying defects just means eventually the FDA will get you. And it has.

    Use the quality department like it was intended for, instead deputizing everyone else to do their work.
