I'm not condoning this behavior, but what does NJ expect when there is so much pressure to perform? Numbers overall are abysmal, morale is low and there is a huge push to increase scripts. This is such a niche drug as it is and plus we don't have FDA approved long-term data. It's not a shock that DM's are trying anything to succeed.
Upper Management is condoning it however. Why do you think there's a push to attend webcasts, have in office programs etc. So they can speak off label. That's the only way this product will take off.
