Amen to that!!! Hopefully the new leadership will have a clue about what it takes to develop and launch a medical device. Hint: It doesn't happen by beating on people, micromanaging them and treating them like idiots.

The merger was announced over a year ago. Maybe he was just the first smart rat to jump ship.

Green is out there. So maybe they are all waiting around to see who gets whacked next. Tim Lawrence gone.

The thread is about corporate - not local distributors.

"Mass Exodus" is a bit of a misnomer....part of this job is working thru travail, most of it external and part of the job, though over the years an inordinate amount has been internal. Most of us have kept our head down and attempted to work through it, as we do everything else, but it has taken it's toll. The lack of a mass exodus says more about the quality of the people left, who in the midst of it all, are being told they are 'lucky to have a job'.

Joe Hauser went to Orthopediatrics. Huge loss for Zimmer.

Good people have come and gone in this business, but usually people move to take a step up. To proactively move to a struggling little company like Orthpaediatrics appears to be a step backwards. There's more to this story....
