The people that are responsible for this are long gone. Those that are left have the unfortunate task of picking up the pieces on top of taking the flak for something they weren't responsible for.

Complete trasparency. Is it criminal that other vendors don't report? Asr, bone regenerator it's takes makes harm to patients and class action lawsuits for these to get reported. Yes it sucks, but when u are ran by a lawyer would u expect anything else?
