Manufacturing forming union?

    Yes, but those are skilled and educated workers who stay up to date with the current pulse of manufacturing. Very unlike the manufacturing force at alcon with sub par training on processes that are a decade behind the rest of the industry at best. Alcon mfg is sadly mistaken if they think their current skill sets are not easily replaceable and that a union will be of any help to their situation.

    That is exactly why a union is needed, fair management, no unfair replacing people because they speak up when something is wrong. You comment screams of the reason to do it.

    What incentive does manufacturing have to not unionize at this point?
