Alcon pay structure is a joke!

Either our salaries get an increase in the very near future or Alcon needs to hire an extra person to conduct exit interviews... I have a feeling that department is swamped.

67,000-70,000 DOE. GSR/MSR same. Is not territory based.

 

Pathetic. Then you have to deal with asshole managers. No joke.

 

Nope, SEE division starts at 62 and eye care at 65. The new MSR in our territory only got 62. Alcon is Getting even cheaper
