change coming in Asia and has already started no details yet

Much change coming to the US structurally and alignment.....field sales will change and hearing this may include surgical from an alignment standpoint....
pharma is in trouble across the board...

I'm hearing that the next round of layoffs in the FTW corp office is during the third week of October. Can anyone confirm?

 

Maybe they can cut some of the people who sit around waiting to look up vendor codes in JD Edwards for us.

Can anybody add any verified insight on the cuts or realignment in sales. It seems to me that surgical is already spread thin with huge territories and SEE is also fairly small and spread. I know vision care has multiple reps close together..

People stop worrying- you should already know your fate is not looking good. So lets say you don't get laid off? Now you are still stuck at Alcon playing the same game you can't win. Stop worrying, stop complaining, and start looking for a new job. Trust me, life outside of Alcon is nice. Change is good. Didn't we learn that from management at Alcon?! Go enjoy a new and fresh start. You have paid your dues.
