I have an upcoming interview for a Sr. Specialist Field Services position. What does this entail? The original job posting made it sound like outside (Pharma) sales. The recruiter is making it sound like inside sales. Serious responses appreciated. Thank you.
The job is providing onsite support for one or maybe multiple customers for report development, software assistance, ordering, delivery issues, software training. You'll be the onsite resource to help the customer with any Cardinal related projects. I don't think there is much sales involved.
There seem to be many openings nationwide for positions with this title. Is this a high turnover position? If yes.. any insight as to why?
I think it's more indicative of Cardinal pharma doing quite well and has a need to put more support in the field.
