There two broke companies with tragically devalued stock. Both also have bad credit ratings. CCC - I don't see a bank or a court allowing this to happen. Not to mention AHP has no revenue and Rotech even after there bankruptcy still has to much debt.
It's to bad that both companies have had upper mgt that really had no long term goals. Or even how to build for the future within the constraints of the ever changing DME world. Not only do the customers pay in the end but the employees who had no other option but to stay.
Neither is on the stock market and both are privately owned now. A court would have squat to say about it. And you sounded so smart with your post. What a dip.
