Let's all get a big laugh.
Press release says BMS suing Merck over immunotherapy patent. Isn't the real issue that Merck beat BMS in getting their PD1 approved first. Lamberto should be dealing with those inside who have delayed the nivo program by wasting time aligning on plans to develop nivo. It's embarrassing that Merck got approval for BMS. This will be another Pravachol like scenario. Merck will beat Bms at marketing and nivo will never reach its potential

Let's all thank Robert l for strategizing Nivo as a runner up to Merck. Way to go big guy

Who's being held accountable for coming up short

BMS needs to stop their unethical practices of suing a company when the other company worked harder and smarter than BMS could do. BMS -- you need to learn to be competitive -- you lost that ability a long time ago.

If there is a way to screw up a new drug launch BMS has figured it out. Does anyone remember the last successful launch. It was probably ability. Yikes.

Don't worry Lamberto and his guys will find excuses for poor performance. Wait and watch and the excuses will be all over

When is accountability going to come back, the Inhibitex debacle saw people get promoted, the amylin acquisition wasted precious resources and money. Diabetes is an epidemic globally yet BMS decided to walk away. Pretty soon there is not going to much left to sell
