Leave and don't look back, and never go back no matter how much harder you have to work in your new industry. Trust me on this. I knew this industry was a joke less than a year in, but stuck it out for another year because they just used me and didn't pay the bonus I was promised. Went into payroll sales for about a year, which was a bad move, because it was still corporate and the pay was bad. So, I made the mistake of getting back into pharma. for the money. Did well. But, the better move would have been to explore smaller medical companies that are not as corporate and reward producers. See, it really depends if you are a good sales person or not. If you are good, work hard, and know it, then get with a small company and sell on. If you stink, then stay in pharma. and hide. That really explains about 80 percent of pharma and other bigger companies with that team/socialist model: fake it and hide. good luck. keep us posted.
If I go there will be trouble and if I stay it will be double so c'mon and let me know should I stay or should I go?
Now that I'm in my 40's I realize that I am working only for a pay check and not job satisfaction. Get the hell out!!!
At least stay until hypothetically, theoretically a layoff occurs. BUT only if you've been around like 10+ yrs? If you've been here like a couple of years? Bye bye. You can use experience to your advantage being paid far greater than Az will cough up.
you better leave before the reorg happens in jan. and/or the new ESS takes the rest of your endo business
You might get a surprise like I did. Did not expect to be in a lay off. Was screwed! Finding another job is like finding a needle in a haystack. Even crap cso gigs that dont pay the bills are hard to get. See top awards people are out of work and not finding anything.
Hahaha, I flipping quit this shithole and had a new job in two weeks. Less money for now, but I am going to bust my ass and do something with it. You know what else? No one is babysitting me. I have a real business plan to write with dollar amounts in it, a marketing spend and I actually have to be successful at getting in the door - unlike you losers who sit in a parking lot and fake calls. What a dumbass job. I cannot believe they have five layers of management for you morons.
