    WARNING. Niel Britain was Head of HR at Novartis franchise but was demoted for not calibrating, retaliating and personally attacking VPs. Demoted to AD even below director. Worst HR guy from North Carolinga. Failed operations.

    What is calibrating, and where is North Carolinga?
    Please say you work for Novartis, and not Merck.

    The Mother has far too many illiterates on salary already.
