interview process

Okay, I have finished 3 rounds of interviews and the last was right before thanksgiving...what now? Should I have heard back yet? Is there a forth round? Is there a freeze right now for PC sales reps?

 

Your offer letter is delayed because of the Christmas crunch...just keep waiting by the door and it should arrive any day now.

 

Any serious answers out there?

 

Have you reached out to the manager? In sales, they expect you to be assertive. I would have politely asked for an update weeks ago.

 

I would say it's looking like maybe you didn't do well...

 

I have reached out twice with no response.

 

Interview process is rigged, those most deserving are passed over for less capable people. 75% of RDs are not worthy.

 

Last year 76.4% of RDs weren't worthy, so it looks like we're headed in the right direction...celebrating the positives!!!

 

Why are you interviewing, they will just call and offer the position at this company!
