    I have heard about new positions also. I heard there is a new drug, but don’t see it in the pipeline of products. Are you guys buying something? I heard it’s called something like “Onfi.”

    This place is all Abbott cast offs with inferior products in which MDs don`t even take seriously. I have had MDs who are personal friends take me on the aside and tell me that they in their right professional minds could not use these sh!t can drugs.

    If you have a job, don't leave it. If you are unemployed then take this one. Everyone they have hired in the last 6 months, was let go from Abbott in January of this year. Shouldn't that tell you something? Most companies won't hire reps or managers that have been laid off, but We do, why is that?

    That is simply not the case....many companies give reps that have been laid off more of a priority. One example is the BHBU of Amgen. Many of my friends were hired on and they made those that were laid off more of a priority as they needed jobs sooner

    Ahhhhh, go back and read your post #6 you ring tail dufus. No laid off rep is going to name their price in today`s market when there are thousands of reps looking for jobs. Btw, assuming that I work here shows just how moronic you really are.

    In experienced leadership will be the deathe of Lundbeck. The proof is evidenced by the recent promotion of managers, both first and second line.

    Blaming "leadership" is such a LAZY cop-out. You are pretty much saying you have no control over your professional existence. Stop blaming others, look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are doing everything possible to make your company successful. I don't want to assume...only you know the answer.

    I agree! Let's face it management has nothing to do with whether or not the company succeeds. You know as well as I do that no matter what management says you can simply go off on your on and do what you think is right.

    The LAZY cop-out is the manager that wrote the quote above. Hiding behind your own incompetence is no way to go through life!

    This is an old-school pharma company which is good and bad. Good because you can run your business with some autonomy. Bad because you have a lot of reps who want to work 2-3 hours (Catherine) and call it a day... that's not the bad part because if you can run your territory well in 3 hours a day more power to you. The Bad is that these reps are so afraid that they will be discovered that they go to great lengths to overcompensate: phone calls to the DM talking about all they do (self-promotion), constantly seeing the same docs over and over until they wear their welcome out, mini business plans that don't properly analyze the territory but look great when the manager is doing annual reviews AND, of course, a ruthless attitude and preoccupation with what everyone else is doing. That preoccupation will now include the new partner and the dilemma is if the new partner is doing twice as much each day what will the new narrative be? May God help you.
