oh, no, Aesthetics reps won't get car allowances for their Range Rovers and over priced SUVS to drive around boxes of Radiesse and Belotero. They might have to have a fleet car..... Oh the horror! A fleet car!

And? Fleet cars suck, just like my goals throughout the injunction.
Top it off with Dennis +2 gone? Why stay.

If I remember right, 2 years ago you were crying because you only had one product to sell, no portfolio, no DTC, no real marketing, etc. Now you have 4 and more on the way, plus a new management team that knows how to market. Give it time and you'll see. It's time to man up and act like a real company, not a start up. Either get on the train or get off- we are going somewhere finally.

Why still complaining about the injunction? That was over on 11/1, so it's been 2 months. Had a launch meeting for toxin and you can sell to all the docs again. At least you have a job and a pay check, which is more than some Valent and Resty reps can say. And a fleet car, well you don't have to pay for gas, car payment, maint, or insurance. Sounds like a good deal to me.

Whoever thinks the aesthetics reps have it easy apparently has never worked a 14 hour day like we do. Oh wait - your docs don't do events in the evenings so you get to go home at 3pm every day. I feel sorry for you - hanging around for a signature while I get escorted to the drs office and get an hour of their time. Now who's going wahhh? :)

This is the funnest comment I have seen in a while. Let's be honest, at the end of the day, you are all simply sales folks. You're a sales rep and splitting hairs over who is the more "prestigious" sales rep in sophomoric.

.....I think you mean 14 hours a week and not 14 hours a day.

I couldn't agree more. I successfully sold aesthetics for years. It was a chance for the run of the mill derm rep to get invited out of the dark sample closet while waiting for a signature for the drop off. Get over yourself. You have free otherwise expensive goods for the staff that will make them look good that they could otherwise not afford. You work long hours...but certainly not harder at the job than anyone else in the industry. In fact your beauty goods get you instant access- the hardest part of e job to begin with. I laugh my ass off at the overnight esteem aesthetics reps get for themselves simply because you say you sell aesthetics. I'd rather have sold electrical parts to major manufacturers and mad 5x the pay as they do. Reality check ladies.

At the end of the day things are pretty good here with not much to really complain about. Anyone on any given day can find something to complain about and the facts are that we have good jobs and work with mostly nice people. If we have challenges we can deal with it locally, share it with management and hope that the company listens then makes an improvement. They obviously figured out over the last year or so that strategy was missing from all divisions and our past leadership although nice people were not capable or did not want to be here. Changes have been constant over the past year and all appear to be reaction to the challenges left but past leadership. For those that think it was better a few years ago you might not belong here anymore but it is getting tougher to find a place to work where ok performance is good enough.

No strategy? The strategy is blame the reps. The injunction locked us out of most key accounts? Shut up and go work harder.
