I am a specialty rep in the highly competitive anti-TNF marketplace. I am intrigued about the recent approvals from Gilead and soon to be Abbvie and BMS for HCV. Is this going to be an exciting place to be or does Gilead have too big of a lead on the competition?
The only way to get scripts in this environment is if doctors trust you, and you have excellent relationships. Bms will make a huge mistake if they hire internal candidates like abbvie did. It's a horror show over there. A respected rep can earn 20% of the market which is worth billions.
