Vacation Policy change

I know the vacation policy changed a year ago.

I was just wondering if you can be grandfathered in to the old policy, as some of us will now have to await a longer period of time to increase our annual allotment.

eg. Old policy vacation increased from 4 to 5 weeks at year 18
New policy you now have to wait till year 21.

Any comments.

 

There have been NO changes to the vacation policy.

 

most companies you get a 5th week by year 12.

 

The changes were implemented i think two years ago.

 

If you are terminated, can you still take vacation?

 

It depends on how many years of service you DON'T have
