She is better than SK any day.

True. SK was horrible. That was a horrible promotion and I couldn't agree with you more on that one. She wasn't even a great rep. Primarily she was too young and immature to really handle a management position. However, watch out for some of these other DM's including NL.

SK was more laid back, and not so intense, by the way,
why and where did SK go ?
thought she was going to be a additional NAM in AZ ?

That's about all she's good at. She's immature and out for herself only.

Until you get promoted, you will continue to complain. Complaining is not a core competency for the DM position. Look in the mirror at how your behavior and negative attitude is impacting your image. You'll never get promoted with your current mindset!

This is funny. Did someone get their feelings hurt. NL? One of the other second rated managers here. NL needs to go back to big pharma Pfizer and maybe get promoted. She won't get promoted here because she isn't number one and that's all that matters to her in the end. Not impressed with her or the other managers here.

Was the Minn LNAM and Oklah City LNAM who just left both under N.L. ?

When it comes right down to it, isn't being number one as a manager
downright lucky, since you really don't have that much control over how well
your reps do, especially with 2 drugs now for the LNAMs ?

No. Neither rep was under her but the former Minn LNAM was hired by her and worked for her until last Fall. And you are correct, most DM's have little control over their reps so my question is.....maybe this industry needs to rethink the DM roles and rid the positions on some level. But when a DM IS needed.........I see most of them fail to really help the rep get off a PIP or deal with situations that require assistance. The Minn LNAM's manager was out of Chicago (CG) and did nothing to help her. In fact, he was so out of touch with things that he rarely even called. He was an awful hire. NL was an ok hire but isn't much of a situational leader and is immature and seems nice to your face but is awful behind your back.

Thinks pretty highly of herself. Pfizer past manager. Primary care mentality.
