The current leadership are a bunch of idiots that swear by reach and frequency. Luckily most of the sales force is smart enough to fake calls on the completely inaccurate campaign lists and actually go to the offices that are buying vaccines which many are not on the campaign lists.

Too many Type A tools from tablets have driven Vaccines into the ground. Thomas Lyon III is the poster boy for what's wrong with the division.

 

You can thank your arrogant, inept and antiquated tablet leadership for the demise of the vaccine division. We could be so much better without the butt kissing, back stabbing yes folks that have infested it and destroyed it.

 

It wouldn't be if we had some leaders who sold vaccines before. What a shame. The tablet mentality is dead and it is killing the vaccine division with the useless reach & frequency, unrealistic role playing and forcing the sales force to have the same robotic/ hokey marketing message. Let people be themselves to sell the vaccines within policy guidelines.

No it won't! Reach and frequency is more important than sales in the minds of Vaccine Management. My CTL basically said this to my team a couple months ago. Welcome to tablets.
