How did everyone do on their January payouts?

I heard there were a lot of zero dollar payouts.

 

What payout?! Wait until management sees the turnover now.

 

The worst IC plan since I've been here. Yes, lots of zero $$$ payouts. Trust me, the company turned a profit it January at our expense. Payouts were down across the board. I was in the top half & made in the $600 range.

I agree that if they are going to keep this plan, there will be lots if turnover.
