The Truth is that bugs bunny is more competent than the cw crew. Bringing back the " oh it's sweden that is messing it all up" ? How about the former cw crew that was booted? Why havent they been able to find real jobs? Is it still swedens fault? Oh they're doing consulting now? Reality ran over the former cw crew and reversed - they were not qualified in the first place and neither are the gobs who are left. And you guys talked among yourselves as mentors? Stick to working on the man tans. Plz bro....... People had been talking about cw for years. The big question was, do these guys truly know what they are doing? Even the noobs that were brought in without any historical context started calling it out. And mR? Too funny. In charge of something? Lol should've kept the leash and muzzle on your pet AT. Hq is filled with deadweight. JE is only one in upper management with a brain. From training, nothing useful for aerospan launch, to Sales operations all should be sent packing. CW created an activity based model that is outdated and these dopes don't know how to actually manage or develop. MR is perfect example - fly all over US spend money and look busy but actipually get little ROI. This behavior should get you sent packing but not for a trip to Alaska.
I have to admit, seeing the astonishing lack of success in the post Meda/MedPointe careers of GOBs, High Executives, or Reps that were put on pedestal as the model of success really puts a smile on my face. Just shows what a sham it all is. Get out of Meda (and if you're smart pharma) folks.
