Run run and run horrible company let me list some reasons..... 1. Unattainable goals 2. Horrible Management 3. Turnover is the worst in the industry 4. People are unhappy 5. No pipeline 6. Horrible culture ugly people 7. Neurology is horrible no future That should be enough to not come to this company.
It is what you make of it. Doesn't have any more or less garbage than any other company. The above post could be said for dozens of other places.
This place is a ticking time bomb... If you're lucky you will get early retirement Otherwise you will have to count on your stock options or inheritance from your aging parents. Face it if you 40+ this career is done....5 yrs at the most.
