Are the rumors true, that the former large business units of Solvay Pharma now Abbott established products will soon be sold to a Japanese company???

In fact, I am wondering whether Takeda still has enough money after taking over Nycomed recently. Well Creon will go to Abbott proprietary products, hormones probably also, most others like Betaserc will stay with established products, so remaining Influvac and Omacor, that makes much sense, because Takeda was interested in manufacturing Influenza vaccines (but partnered recently with Baxter for Japan) and is the partner of Omacor in Japan. Abbott will get rid of Omacor to become the marketing partner for AMR 101 of Amarin probably.

Quite complicated - in comparison to US almost no value any longer in the near future - rights to Androgel went back to originator - sales declining in almost any indication of so called established products - guess will be shut down until 2015....
