Why is the chatter about Pfizer so quiet at Medi?

Why is everything so quiet at Medi? What's on everyone's mind? Is this Pfizer thing going to happen or what? Thoughts?!?!

 

It's quiet because we are all killin' ourselves out there....

 

Calm before the storm?

 

Pfizer is the least of our concerns.

 

Pfizer will not go after AZ anymore. GSK is a better target for Pfizer, it matches their portfolio and gets rid of more saved cash outside USA. Plus, AZ Oncology is NOT attractive anymore due to lack of leadership in MedImmune Clinical development, we are so far behind Merck and others, I heard Andrew Coop who is one of the biggest disasters in history of BMS Medical Affairs has been seen in the campus, I am NOT sure whose idea is to bring losers like him on board, but I hope that is not true, he was just demoted from his job at BMS due to lack of leadership and knowledge, GOD help us if MedImmune or AZ want to hire him over here for any position. This would be a true disaster for our already bad Clinical Development and Medical Affairs.
Please raise awareness and don't allow him to get hire over here.
